This notice explains what happens to the information you submit through the contact form, and the limited technical data collected when you use the site.
What is collected
When you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, company name (optional), service interest and message you provide. The API also records the request’s IP address and user-agent for security and spam prevention.
Why it is collected
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship and protect the contact form from abuse.
Legal basis
The enquiry is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Security logging is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)).
Processors
Hosting, API hosting, database and email providers process data on my behalf under their data-processing terms. Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless an engagement or legal obligation requires a longer period. Security logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your theme preference in your browser’s local storage. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it is configured as a cookieless analytics service.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. To exercise these rights, email info@pentaix-sec.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security
No system is completely secure. Please do not send credentials, customer data, live secrets or exploit details through the contact form. Sensitive information required for an engagement is exchanged through an agreed secure channel after scoping.

The sample report on this site is illustrative and uses fabricated data. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of security, a professional opinion about your environment or a substitute for a signed engagement agreement.
